Community Supported Agriculture
THE PERFECT WAY TO EAT MORE VEGGIES
Each summer I participate in a CSA. It’s amazing, local, organic produce harvested and delivered on a weekly or biweekly basis! It is always more than enough. Check your local listings for CSA subscriptions near you!
If you feel like a CSA is too much for you, make a habit of visiting your local farmer’s market on a weekly basis. Our bodies crave food that is ‘in season’.
Grocery Delivery!
DEFINITELY A PLUS!
This year I’ve made a near complete transition to shopping for my groceries online and then doing a curbside pickup or delivery. I use Instacart, Save on Foods, Natura Market and Thrive Market. Be sure to specify if you want your shopper to substitute items. I’ve also found that I can text my shopper if there is something very specific I’m looking for that isn’t showing up online. I’ve found this method to save me time and money! Win win

CALENDAR + NOTEBOOK
I love the “Erin Condren” planner. It is so helpful to keep everything in front of me, prioritize my tasks at home, our extra-cirricular activities and my business. Developing time management systems is something I’m still learning and improving. I’m a believer in pen & paper and getting everything written down.
And as my business coach says, make sure ‘your calendar reflects your values’!
